In 2019, EG purchased over 500 convenience and petrol sites, previously operated by Woolworths and Caltex.
EG came to Australia with significant experience in fuel and convenience retailing, but with no local knowledge of the EG brand and what it stood for.
Operational challenges were prioritised with the change of ownership – however, in the background we supported the new team with both a full set of design guidelines, then the build of a completely new look and feel website, unique to Australia.
With the design foundation in place, the next phase is the support of a full retail program of activity.
