Industrial Insurance is essentially a commoditised market – with few points of difference other than price. It is however a sector that is constantly changing its rules on insurance cover and not that easy to keep up with. Whilst Mecon sell insurance cover, they also provide up to date advice on anything that impacts the market. Specifically, we introduced an educational element to their website called Meconpedia. This is a repository of advice, guidance and real-life case studies – easily accessed by current customers and non-customers alike.
